The first look poster from Ajith's next Tamil movie Viswasam has hit the internet with a bang. Thala has sported two avatars in the first look, which was launched at 3.40 am on Thursday, August 23.
The first one is a salt-and-pepper look, which he has been donning for some time now. With a white shirt and a pair of glasses, the actor looks cool as he displays moustache as a symbol of pride.
In the other look too Thala Ajith has sported a moustache and a beard along with a pair of glasses. He is seen twirling his moustache.
The two looks give an impression that the actor will be seen in dual roles. The first look poster confirms that Viswasam will release for Pongal.
Siruthai Siva, who is an ardent devotee of Sai Baba, has continued the Thursday sentiment by releasing the first look poster of Viswasam today.
It has to be noted that the first look and major updates of Siruthai Siva's previous movies were announced on Thursdays.
However, the latest development has come as a pleasant surprise to the audience, who were expecting the first look posters on September 13 on the occasion of Ganesh Chathurthi.
Ajith is rumoured to be playing the role of a cop in Viswasam, which has Nayanthara in the female lead. Anikha, Vivek, Robo Shankar, Yogi Babu and a host of supporting artistes are part of the Tamil movie produced by Sathya Jyothi Films.
The makers of the movie had initially planned the film's release during Diwali, but the 48-day Kollywood strike forced them to change their plans. Now, Viswasam is set to release in January 2019 to coincide with Pongal celebrations.
