Television actress Sambhavna Seth, who married her long time boyfriend Avinash Dwivedi on July 14 in a low-key affair in New Delhi, hosted a grand reception in Mumbai for her industry friends on July 28.
Among the guests who attended the party were Sambhavna's "Bigg Boss" gang, including Diandra Soares, Sushant Divgikar, Ravi Kishan and Upen Patel. Actor Rajeev Paul, Sana Khan and Bollywood comedian Johnny Lever also graced the party.
Sambhavna has been updating her fans with pictures of her reception in Mumbai. The actress looked gorgeous in a green and golden outfit while Avinash opted for a blue suit on their wedding party.
Sambhavna and Avinash met on the sets of a dance reality show about five year ago where the actress was Avinash's mentor. The couple got married in the presence of their family and friends. On her wedding day, Sambhavna donned a red and green lehenga with heavy jewellery.
The pre-wedding ceremonies including mehendi and sangeet were also held in Delhi. The actress had posted a video from her sangeet ceremony where she is seen dancing to the tune of "Resham Ka Rumaal" from the film "Great Grand Masti."
There were reports earlier that the "Bigg Boss 2" contestant's parents were against her marrying Avinash, but her mother clarified that they never had any such issues. During the mehendi ceremony, an elated Sambhavna had also told the Hindustan Times: "I am the happiest bride in the world because my parents are with me now."
