Update: 11.42 a.m. IST: Five people were killed and three injured in a mass shooting Wednesday in Pennsylvania, the United States. 

Four people, three women and one man, were declared dead when the police arrived at a backyard party on 1304 Franklin Avenue in Wilkinsburg, a borough in Pennsylvania's Allegheny County. Four others, two males and two females, who were injured, were rushed to the hospital. 

One of the injured people, a woman, died at the hospital. Two of the victims, both men, are in a critcal condition while the second female is stable, the police said in a press statement. 

The Allegheny County Police suspects that two gunmen shot at the group. 

Original Story: At least five people were reportedly killed and two wounded in a mass shooting late Wednesday (11 p.m. EST) in a suburb outside Pennsylvania's Pittsburgh. The gunman has not been arrested yet.

The shooting may have originated at a party held in a backyard in Wilkinsburg, CBS Pittsburgh reported.

At least 25 rounds of gunshot were heard, CBS reported a neighbour as saying. "It sounded like a war," Trib Live quoted a neighbour as saying.

The victims have been rushed to hospitals in the area, Fox News reported.

The police have not identified a suspect yet.
