Several industry sources confirmed to Korean media that Bae and Jong Suk will work together. However, only Jong Suk has been officially confirmed for the show.
The Asian Entertainment Industry Powerhouse, iHQ, has confirmed that Jong Suk will play the male lead in the show. The show, tentatively titled as While You Were Asleep, is about a woman who can foresee unfortunate events in her dreams and a prosecutor who tries to stop the woman's dream from coming true, according to Soompi.
If everything goes well, then the shooting of the television drama will go on air soon. The new drama is scheduled to air in 2017.
Meanwhile, Jong Suk was last seen in fantasy thriller drama series W - Two Worlds. The 27-year-old actor is currently working in a web drama called Six First Kisses and will be seen in a movie VIP, which is slated to release in 2017. The South Korean actor has proved himself to be one of the best actors grabbing Top Excellent Award (Actor) at the Korean Drama Awards last year for his performance in Pinocchio.
On the other, Bae's Uncontrollably Fond got concluded in September. Bae, who is a miss A member, is popular in the industry for her relationship with Lee Min Ho and has been in news ever since the couple made it official. The latest report surrounding their relationship suggests that the Min Ho and Bae will get married in 2017, but the couple has not made any official announcement regarding the same. Also, the new show might postpone the wedding date, if they plan to get married, as Bae will be busy shooting for it.
