Harley-Davidson India has introduced dark custom models of its three motorcycles - Iron 883, Forty-Eight and Street 750. The motorcycles in the entry- level segment will be now available in darker shades.
Apart from the styling upgrade, the Street 750 model will get new front and rear braking systems. The new Iron 883 now sports an all-new front suspension and an adjustable rear suspension, lighter wheels and improved seating. The 2016 Forty-Eight looks more aggressive with updates and comes with 49mm front forks.
The entire Sportster family (SuperLow, Iron 883, Forty-Eight) will get an all-new front and rear suspension, which pair emulsion coil-over shocks with new front cartridge forks, and new seats.
Previously limited to Harley's touring bikes, the high output Twin Cam 103 powertrain will make its way to the Heritage Softail Classic apart an array of refreshed styling for 2016. The Heritage Softail Classic will additionally feature standard electronic cruise control, and a new and improved saddlebag support structure.
Apart for the upgrades to the current motorcycles, the American manufacturer also announced the return of the Road King touring motorcycle.
Commenting on the upgrade of motorcycle, Pallavi Singh, direct marketing, Harley-Davidson India said, "This is another historic year for Harley-Davidson. We're raising the bar on Dark Custom motorcycles with the new Iron 883, Forty-Eight and Street 750, the purest expression of the design. And we're extending our lead in touring with the return of the Road King and redesign of the popular Heritage Softail Classic."
