Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt's divorce news came as a shock to their fans, but Jennifer Aniston was satisfied when she came to know about their split, reports suggest. Sources close to the actress have said that Aniston sees Brangelina's failed marriage as "karma."

"Yeah, that's karma for you!" an insider told US Weekly. "She always got the sense that something would happen with them eventually," the source said, noting that she did believe Pitt loved Jolie. "She didn't feel that Angelina was truly the one who Brad was meant to stay with. She always felt that Angelina was too complex for him. He's a pretty simple guy."

The source further mentioned that she never wished this for them, but she feels sort of satisfied. "Aniston admittedly feels sort of satisfied about Brad and Angelina's split. She also never wanted this for them or wished this on them," she added.

However, the source concluded that Pitt's ex-wife wished him luck and wants the actor to be happy in his life. "Jen does not hold on to any negativity from her marriage to Brad," the source said.

The two met in 1999 after being set up on a blind date by their agents. After dating for two years the couple got engaged and subsequently married in Malibu in 2000.

Aniston and Pitt got divorced in 2005. There were reports that Pitt cheated on her with Jolie, but the Mr. & Mrs. Smith actress denied the reports in 2004 and said that they are just good friends.

After their divorce, Pitt married Jolie in August 2014, while Aniston tied the knot with actor-writer Justin Theroux in 2015.
