The trailer of Suriya Sivakumar's upcoming movie "24" has been garnering tremendous response from the audience after it was released Monday, April 11. The movie stars Suriya in multiple roles and also has Samantha Ruth Prabhu and Nithya Menen in pivotal roles.

Two-time Oscar-winner AR Rahman has composed the background score of the trailer, which shows the multiple avatars of Suriya in romantic, sentimental and thrilling action scenes. The 2-minute-15-second trailer, released in Tamil and Telugu, has already gone viral on social media. While the Tamil version has been viewed more than 6.6 lakh times, the Telugu version has received nearly 1.5 lakh views within a day of its release on YouTube.
The upcoming science fiction movie, which was poised to release April 14, has been postponed to the last week of April or the first week of May so as not to lock horns with Ilayathalapathy Vijay's big-budget movie "Theri." The Vikram Kumar directorial is being produced under the banner of 2D Entertainment by Suriya.
